Refunds
Every plugin is a free, fully working download, so you can try it for as long as you like before you buy a code. If a purchase still goes wrong, tell us.

Thirty days, no questions asked
If you change your mind within 30 days of buying, we refund it. You do not need to give a reason.
Asking for a refund
Write to hello@barkhausenlabs.com from the address you bought with, and say which order you would like refunded. Purchases are sold by Link, Stripe’s checkout, as the merchant of record, so the refund itself is paid back by Link to the way you paid, and Link sends the refund notice.
What a refund changes
- A refunded plugin no longer counts toward the bundle: it earns no upgrade credit.
- A refunded bundle no longer counts as owning the bundle.
